StakTeck is an IT staffing and recruitment company. We help organizations hire technology professionals through six service models: permanent staffing, contract hiring, staff augmentation, executive search, niche recruitment, and bulk hiring. We serve clients across India, New Zealand, and the United States.
We have four offices: Mohali (Punjab, India), Noida (Uttar Pradesh, India), Auckland (New Zealand), and Dallas (Texas, USA). Our headquarters are in Mohali at C-15, Industrial Area, Phase-1, Mohali 160055.

Services
Understanding our six staffing models and which one is right for you.
In permanent staffing, we recruit candidates who join your company as full-time employees on your payroll. In contract hiring, the professionals are employed by StakTeck (or a mutually agreed entity) and deployed at your organization for a fixed duration — typically 3 to 12 months. Contract hiring is ideal for project-based needs, leave coverage, or when you want to evaluate someone before converting to permanent.
Staff augmentation is a flexible hiring model where we provide skilled professionals who integrate directly into your existing team. They work on your projects, follow your processes, attend your standups, and use your tools — but are managed and payrolled by StakTeck. It gives you the speed of contract hiring with the integration of permanent employees.
Our bulk hiring service is designed for hiring 20 or more candidates in a single drive. This could be campus recruitment, lateral bulk hiring, or assessment center-based drives. For smaller volumes, our permanent staffing or contract hiring services are more appropriate.
Process
How we source, screen, and deliver candidates.
We deliver the first shortlist of 3-5 interview-ready candidates within 48 hours of requirement confirmation. The average time from engagement to offer acceptance is 14 days for permanent roles and 7-10 days for contract positions. Bulk hiring timelines depend on volume but typically complete within 30 days for 50+ hires.
Our 8-step process includes: (1) Requirement deep-dive with your hiring manager, (2) Talent sourcing from our pre-vetted pipeline and passive networks, (3) Technical screening by domain-expert recruiters, (4) Cultural fit assessment through behavioral interviews, (5) Shortlist delivery with detailed profiles and scores, (6) Interview coordination, (7) Offer management including negotiation and verification, and (8) Onboarding support through the first 90 days.
Yes. All permanent and executive search placements include comprehensive background verification covering employment history, education credentials, criminal records, and professional references. For contract hires, background verification is included as a standard part of our onboarding process. We use third-party verification agencies for independent validation.
Pricing
Transparent pricing models and our guarantee policy.
We offer three pricing models: (1) Contingency — zero upfront fees, you pay only on successful placement. (2) RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) — a monthly retainer for a dedicated recruitment team with performance SLAs. (3) Retainer — milestone-based payments for exclusive executive search and hard-to-fill roles. The right model depends on your hiring volume, timeline, and seniority level.
Every permanent hire placed through StakTeck comes with a 60-day free replacement guarantee. If the candidate leaves or is terminated within the first 60 days for any reason — performance, cultural fit, or voluntary resignation — we replace them at zero additional cost. This is significantly longer than the industry standard of 30 days.
For contingency-based engagements, there are zero upfront fees — you only pay when we successfully place a candidate who joins your company. For RPO and retainer models, there is a structured payment schedule, but these are always agreed upon in writing before work begins. We never charge surprise fees.

Our candidate retention rate is 95% — meaning 95% of the professionals we place are still with the client organization after 12 months. This is well above the industry average of 70-80% and reflects our emphasis on cultural fit assessment and thorough screening beyond just technical skills.
Cultural fit assessment is a dedicated step in our process (Step 4). We conduct behavioral interviews, values-alignment scoring, and work-style compatibility analysis for every candidate. Before sourcing begins, we map your organizational culture — including team dynamics, management style, communication norms, and growth trajectory — so we know exactly what "fit" looks like for your specific environment.
Yes. For retainer and RPO clients, we provide quarterly market intelligence reports covering salary benchmarks, talent availability, in-demand skills, competitor hiring activity, and industry trends for your specific sector and geography. These reports help you plan hiring strategy proactively rather than reactively.
