These terms govern the use of the StakTeck website (www.stakteck.com) and the IT staffing and recruitment services provided by StakTeck Technologies, a division of Indivar Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. ("StakTeck", "we", "us"). By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
2. Services
StakTeck provides IT staffing and recruitment services including permanent staffing, contract hiring, staff augmentation, executive search, niche recruitment, and bulk hiring. Specific terms for each engagement are outlined in individual service agreements.
3. Replacement Guarantee
Permanent placements include a 60-day replacement guarantee. If a placed candidate leaves or is terminated within 60 calendar days of their start date, StakTeck will provide a replacement candidate at no additional cost. This guarantee is subject to the terms outlined in the specific service agreement.
4. Fees and Payment
Service fees vary by engagement type (contingency, RPO, retainer) and are detailed in individual service agreements. Standard payment terms are net 30 days from invoice date unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur interest charges as specified in the service agreement.
5. Candidate Exclusivity
Candidates presented by StakTeck are exclusive for a period of 12 months. If a client hires a StakTeck-presented candidate directly or through another agency within this period, the standard placement fee applies.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the recruitment process. This includes candidate details, salary information, organizational structure, and business strategies.
7. Website Use
The content on this website is for informational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, we make no warranties about the completeness or reliability of website content. Unauthorized use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website including text, graphics, logos, and software is the property of StakTeck Technologies / Indivar Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9. Limitation of Liability
StakTeck's liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mohali, Punjab, India.
